A 14-year-old girl has been rehospitalised following an assault at Netanya’s Winter Pond Park. MIGnews reported on 9 October, citing Mako, that her condition deteriorated after initial treatment at Laniado Hospital and she lost consciousness again.
The report says her 10-year-old brother was also hurt. Their mother alleges that three adults attacked the children. Netanya police detained three suspects, who were later released; the investigation remains open.
Accounts of the injuries differ. In an earlier response published by 90FM, police described minor injuries, while the family reports more serious consequences and severe emotional distress. No court has established the suspects’ guilt.
