Netanya’s bathing season ended on October 25. Lifeguard stations and beach facilities have closed at most city beaches, while Sironit A — lifeguard station 6 — remains open every day from 8 a.m. until sunset.
A municipal working meeting chaired by Mayor Avi Salma was held this week with city professionals and beach operators. Participants discussed current challenges and possible service and visitor-experience improvements for next season. The public is advised to enter the water only where lifeguards are on duty and to keep a safe distance from coastal cliffs.
