Prosecutors have indicted a 37-year-old Netanya resident over an alleged break-in to a car in Herzliya, the theft of jewellery and dangerous driving while fleeing. 90FM reported the case on the basis of the indictment.
Prosecutors allege that the man smashed a parked car’s window, took a bracelet worth about NIS 20,000 and earrings, then crossed junctions against red lights and drove at excessive speed. He was later located near his Netanya home; 90FM reported that the property was found in his possession.
The defendant denied the allegations. Police requested that he remain in custody until the end of proceedings. Guilt can be determined only by the court.
