Residents of Netanya’s Ir Yamim neighborhood have complained about overflowing bins, broken glass, insects and overgrown planting beds around the Piano complex. According to 90FM, some residents also raised concerns about scooters and bicycles near pedestrians. The city said cleaning took place during the week and on Friday, and waste accumulated on Saturday. It said responsibility for privately owned planting beds rests with building committees.
