Paving work at the Jerusalem–Galil junction will begin at 10 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, Netanya Municipality announced. The work is expected to last about two weeks and will take place overnight from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. No work is planned on October 26–27 because of the elections. Closures are expected at Jerusalem–Galil, Jerusalem–Ben Yehuda eastbound, Galil–David Remez southbound and Galil–Carmel. Residents approaching from Tchernichovsky Street will be allowed to use a normally restricted section to reach homes on Galil Street under a police-approved arrangement.
