Netanya expands support for home-based childcare

Netanya has joined a national initiative supporting home-based childcare for children up to age three. The programme offers training for caregivers, professional guidance and support for parents. Workshops and meetings for families, including grandparents, are due to begin in November in the Agamim and Kiryat HaMada neighbourhoods. The city reports around 10,500 children under three, about half of whom do not attend licensed daycare centres.
