Court orders temporary liquidation of Elitzur Netanya association
A temporary liquidator has been appointed for the association operating Country Elitzur. The process does not automatically mean closure; continued service will be assessed for the court.

A court has ordered the temporary liquidation of the Religious Community Centre for Culture and Sport association, known as Elitzur Netanya, which operates the Country Elitzur leisure and sports complex in north-central Netanya.
Nava Osher of the Justice Ministry’s Corporations Authority told 90FM that the regulator applied to the court after a prolonged review of the association’s financial management. This is the authority’s position; final findings and decisions remain with the court.
Judge Carmit Ben-Nesher appointed attorney Hanit Nov as temporary liquidator. Nov said she is reviewing the assets and agreements and will submit an initial report and recommendations. She stressed that liquidation does not necessarily mean the association will cease to exist, and that continued services for residents will be examined. The current municipal arrangements are scheduled to end in July 2027.
