The future of municipal art galleries on Stampfer and Tel Hai streets has sparked disagreement in central Netanya. Reporting on October 4, 90FM said opposition leader Tali Molner objected to instructions to vacate three of four exhibition spaces used by local artists.

Gallery manager Mazal Kuti confirmed receiving an order covering three spaces. Molner argued the changes could deprive emerging artists of accessible places to exhibit and host cultural events.

Mayor Avi Salama disputed that account, saying the main Tel Hai gallery and another nearby venue would remain open. He said two Stampfer units, which he described as unused for several months, would become a public-facing municipal service centre. Questions remain over the precise configuration of the future gallery programme.
