A scooter rider aged about 20 was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on David Remez Street in Netanya. Rescue crews said he was found lying on the roadway with impaired consciousness and a head injury.
After initial treatment, he was taken to Laniado Hospital. His condition was described as serious but stable at the time of evacuation.
