Central District prosecutors filed an indictment on November 6 in Lod District Court against 26-year-old Pikado Gibetu. He is charged in the May 2026 killing of Alexander Tzemach, who worked at a shop at Netanya’s old petrol station.
According to 90FM’s report on the indictment, investigators allege the attack was planned in advance following an earlier dispute. Prosecutors also asked that the defendant remain in custody through the proceedings. An indictment is not a conviction, and guilt must be determined by the court.
