Selon Ynet, l\u2019op\u00e9ration atteint environ 120 millions de shekels, soit pr\u00e8s de 2,4 millions de shekels par logement en moyenne.<\/p>\n<p>Le lot comprend 42 appartements de quatre pi\u00e8ces et huit de cinq pi\u00e8ces. L\u2019acqu\u00e9reur pr\u00e9voit de les louer aux prix du march\u00e9. Ynet estime que la d\u00e9cote par rapport aux prix de vente du projet pourrait atteindre 20 %, tout en pr\u00e9cisant que le prix de chaque appartement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet compte trois tours r\u00e9sidentielles totalisant 292 logements et environ 700 m\u00b2 de surfaces commerciales.
