Dimri concernant la taxe sur la plus-value fonci\u00e8re du projet de r\u00e9novation urbaine Nordau Max \u00e0 Netanya. La commission locale d&#8217;urbanisme r\u00e9clamait initialement environ 93 millions de shekels. Selon 90FM, la prise en compte d&#8217;une exon\u00e9ration li\u00e9e aux pi\u00e8ces prot\u00e9g\u00e9es pourrait ramener le montant estim\u00e9 \u00e0 10 \u00e0 20 millions de shekels. Il ne s&#8217;agit pas encore d&#8217;un montant d\u00e9finitif.
