These are the claimant\u2019s allegations and have not yet been adjudicated.<\/p>\n<p>Segal rejected the demand, calling it legally and financially unfounded. He says the buyer failed to transfer all promised funds to the club\u2019s old account and withdrew $750,000 from it without explanation.
