The work is scheduled from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic changes will affect the Jerusalem\u2013HaGalil, Jerusalem\u2013Ben Yehuda eastbound, HaGalil\u2013David Remez southbound and HaGalil\u2013Carmel junctions. Residents approaching HaGalil Street from Tchernichovsky will be allowed access to their homes with police approval.
