This is the authority\u2019s position; final findings and decisions remain with the court.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Carmit Ben-Nesher appointed attorney Hanit Nov as temporary liquidator. Nov said she is reviewing the assets and agreements and will submit an initial report and recommendations. She stressed that liquidation does not necessarily mean the association will cease to exist, and that continued services for residents will be examined.
