The project is linked to development of the Havatzelet neighbourhood and will be carried out by Netanya\u2019s development and tourism company, HALAT, together with the Mei Netanya water corporation.<\/p>\n<p>The work on HaTamar, HaRimon and HaShaked streets will cover sewerage, water and drainage systems, road widening and resurfacing, pavement construction and renewal, landscaping and tree planting.<\/p>\n<p>The municipality says no full road closures are expected in advance. Temporary traffic and parking changes will be marked as work progresses.
