From November 2 to 4, during the same hours, crews will install fencing and the new traffic layout.<\/p>\n<p>The section will close in both directions during night works. Parking along the western curb will be prohibited from 22:00 on November 1. Access from side streets to Ben Zvi and Pinhas Lavon will be restricted and traffic diverted. Bus stops and routes may change; Kol Kav information is available at *8787.
