More than ten others were later questioned with their parents present. The allegations have not been proven in court.

Police warned that removing extinguishers can leave residents without vital first-response equipment during a fire. Parents were urged to discuss online challenges with their children, while building committees were asked to secure fire cabinets without restricting emergency access.

Source: 90FM, October 20, 2026.

Illustrative photograph of a building corridor; not the incident scene.
